Calendula cream! and ground flax?

  Friday   Almost 6 hour 1:30 to 5:50   6:30 to 8   Calories cheese crackers orangish soda late at night. Ugh. But still wanted breakfast at 5. Gotta love the time change effects on body food clock.       Wednesday re visit to Bastyr on Tuesday   Dozing in chair 3 hours In bed 12 to 4 breakfast   back to bed 6 to 8   Pizza for lunch   All that is good about pizza but so much for gluten elimination   Also so much for buying ground flax. Still on the to-do list.   Calendula cream is really helping eyes though    

Monday Monday

#sleep plus another day of #christmascactus joy Pink White Last night: in bed 3 ish; awake 7 ish but went back to bed for about another hour after breakfast. Still not enough #sleep for sure and also not enough #exercise. Full on whine mode because it is raining and the breezeway is wet and slippery. WHINE. I made my weekly pot of legumes and that has to count as some exercise at least.

Weekend sleep sort of

Saturday morning 12:30 to after 5 6 to almost 8 after breakfast and an ibuprofen and psalm 10 Somewhere north of 6 hours total. Probably not enough exercise. #nutrition silliness like ice cream with Kahlua for lunch. Possibly too much dairy not enough vegetables. To Sunday morning. No computer screen after supper. No computer screen all day. No comment on phone / twitter habit but no big keyboard means no wrestling with everything on RantWoman's mind. Plus a good bit of dozing in chair after evening shower. Actually in bed somewhere toward 1:00. Up after 5. 4+ hours and more dozing in chair after breakfast before bus and head to Meeting. Chose the one bus home option to work in a little more walking. Will I walk to Mom's for dinner? Forecast says rain and I am a wienie about rain.

Thankful. Still underslept.

Wednesday night 5 hours but did not go back to been instead made oatmeal Thursday night Belly FULL including ice cream with Kahlua which tasted good but did not seem to have impace on sleep. a couple hours total in chair. In bed a little after 2. Awake before 6:30. A little over 4 hours. Not as much as preferable.

Seven hours?!?!?!

RantWoman was very scattered all day Tuesday. RantWoman thinks she left a whole bag of groceries in a cert when running for a bus. RantWoman hopes that whoever found the groceries appreciates the calcium and vitamins in RantWoman’s shopping cart. RantWoman will suspend any feelings of personal silliness and send out waves of #nutrition soundness for someone else’s life.   BS. RantWoman will also be glad she has resources to replace the vanished items and backbone to speak up about…   RantWoman slept almost SEVEN HOURS last night.   RantWoman found she could basically do NOTHING in the evening except make Thanksgiving phone calls and finally decided just to go to bed about 10:30.   Brilliant until she woke up at 1:30 am. No it was NOT time for cat’s breakfast. Pee. Go back to bed.   Wake up again a little before 4. That would be 4.5 hours of #sleep. Merry Monday with Christmas Cactus

Pink Blossoms The white blossoms Let’s hear it for going back to bed.   Saturday: in bed by 11:30 but sigh. Woke up   before 4. Ate breakfast. Back to bed somewhere around 5 for a glorious 5+ hours of #sleep in bed total.   Sunday night: asleep in chair at 11:30; woke up at 12:30 and made it to bed by 2. Awake at 5. Breakfast. Back to bed by six and slept until 7:30. So steady at 5 hours in bed.   Do not forget the 2 glasses of red wine at dinner.   Or the whine once because any more would be self-indulgent issues about no leg room and smelly air freshener for a ride home where I had to navigate and navigate the point that a bus that goes right to my place would actually have been easiers.    

Data 2 days

To Friday almost 5 hours #sleep. Almost.   Buying celery last night was a GOOD IDEA.   To Thurs almost 5 hours sleep   Midmorning cheap mocha   Not enough #exercise   Binge of nitrites, salt, oh and finally carbs pumpkin toaster thing and cherry pie or at least filling because I am pretty indifferent to crust.   Previous night ginger tea with turmeric added. Just a few sips and save the rest but interesting to feel differently about sleep.  

Rolling into Mom's bierthday

Sleep 11 12   To bed past 3. Up around 7. 4 hours in bed barely. #nutrition mini corndogs, sweet potatoes demo too. #exercise probably half a mile total of walking. Daly #mobilization easy habit do stick to. Need to pick an avart and think about where people will land r?      

Sleep after Whole Life Challenge

In bed shortly after 12 and awake about 5. Almost 5 hours of sleep. Work on getting to 6. Work on more concerts too. If really a nerd, go find some articles about whether music can clear out head and settle things as well as sleep.   Further meditations   No computers except phone after the classical guitar concert. Note to self: need to up the consumption of concerts and remind myself how much they mean. Would like to up the quantity of classical music around me the rest of the time too. Barriers include home environment and all the electronic voices   / sounds I depend on for the rest of life. I like music in the room not in my headphones. Actually I do not like headphones either but oh whine.   In bed shortly after 12 and awake about 5. Almost 5 hours of sleep. Work on getting to 6. Work on more concerts too. Catching up, with Whole Life Challenge and a big NOT Sleep

RantWoman has been doing a cycle of #WholeLifeChallenge. This item is draft notes to be cleaned up for different audiences.   The short version:   underguidance of a program in an app or on a website, teams walk thorugh goals in several areas. One can do the challenge alone or in a group. Each Challenge lasts 6 weeks.   #hydration is easy. RantWoman is used to carrying around a water bottle, knowing its capacity and knowing that she does fine about the suggested consumption level. Hydration makes a big difference.   Still, doing too well on hydration sometimes leads to need to pee at inconvenient times or locations.   #mobilization: RantWoman has slightly upped her existing daily stretch and small movements  routine. That feels good. RantWoman LIKES a video of a seated stretch of the thoracic spine but needs to find a place to do it in her apartment.   #exercise: RantWoman should read the rules but she has in Twitter been chronicling the ups and downs of exe
