Not enough #exercise
Binge of
nitrites, salt, oh and finally carbs pumpkin toaster thing and cherry pie or at
least filling because I am pretty indifferent to crust.
Previous night
ginger tea with turmeric added. Just a few sips and save the rest but
interesting to feel differently about sleep.
