To Friday almost 5 hours #sleep. Almost.

 

Buying celery last night was a GOOD IDEA.

 

To Thurs almost 5 hours sleep

 

Midmorning cheap mocha

 

Not enough #exercise

 

Binge of nitrites, salt, oh and finally carbs pumpkin toaster thing and cherry pie or at least filling because I am pretty indifferent to crust.

 

Previous night ginger tea with turmeric added. Just a few sips and save the rest but interesting to feel differently about sleep.
