Sleep the blog
There is a Chekhov short story called Sleepy, Спать хочется where the main character spends most of the story fighting sleep and the things that keep her from sleeping.
In the novel "Oblomov" by Nikolai Goncharov, it takes the main character 50 pages to decide to get out of bed.
RantWoman falls somewhere between these two poles.
This blog is dedicated to sleep, particularly RantWoman and sleep. RantWoman needs to sleep more than she does. RantWoman does not always manage to do things that probably would help her sleep more.
This blog is partly intended to collect data in hopes that RantWoman can settle on some steady practices to help her get more sleep.
What time does RantWoman fall asleep? Is this before or after RantWoman goes to bed?
What time does RantWoman go to bed?
What time does RantWoman get up?
Does RantWoman go back to bed?
If so, how long does she sleep the second round?
Adventures with CPAP
The Queen of Spades and behavior issues.
What time did RantWoman last eat?

Full moon?
Personal or global upsets

Random moments of culture: songs, poems, possibly snippets of research, sleepware ads...
RantWoman is aware that this blog contains lots of information that she does not particuly have to share with all of the known universe or at least all of the known internet. One of the peculiar gifts of the internet though is the opportunity to be reminded that one is probably not the only freak on the planet with one's particular problems and to pool one's experiences and twitches with the wisdom and experiences of others.
Plus, although sleep is critical, RantWoman is also charmed by current usage of the word "woke." RantWoman is hoping that attention to sleep, to medical symptoms she would like to ignore, and generalized efforts to be saner will also result in RantWoman being better able to stay "woke" and engaged about all the issues roiling her soul.
RantWoman expects to make liberal use of hashtags.
RantWoman is unclear whether or not she will attempt to create some labels of her own.
In other words, same mishmash as RantWoman's other blogs but with, HOPEFULLY, somewhat more coherent focus.
