Weekend sleep sort of

Saturday morning
12:30 to after 5
6 to almost 8 after breakfast and an ibuprofen and psalm 10
Somewhere north of 6 hours total.


Probably not enough exercise.


#nutrition silliness like ice cream with Kahlua for lunch.


Possibly too much dairy not enough vegetables.






To Sunday morning.
No computer screen after supper. No computer screen all day. No comment on phone / twitter habit but no big keyboard means no wrestling with everything on RantWoman's mind. Plus a good bit of dozing in chair after evening shower.
Actually in bed somewhere toward 1:00. Up after 5. 4+ hours and more dozing in chair after breakfast before bus and head to Meeting.


Chose the one bus home option to work in a little more walking. Will I walk to Mom's for dinner? Forecast says rain and I am a wienie about rain.
