Friday Almost 6 hour 1:30 to 5:50 6:30 to 8 Calories cheese crackers orangish soda late at night. Ugh. But still wanted breakfast at 5. Gotta love the time change effects on body food clock. Wednesday re visit to Bastyr on Tuesday Dozing in chair 3 hours In bed 12 to 4 breakfast back to bed 6 to 8 Pizza for lunch All that is good about pizza but so much for gluten elimination Also so much for buying ground flax. Still on the to-do list. Calendula cream is really helping eyes though
