5:36 hours of sleep.

Ibuprofen before bed goes a long way about starting the day well. I am tiptoeing into suggestions from exercise vids. Way too tempting to over do but  adequate sleep, don't skip regular stretches and, ARG, cut back even more on caffeine...

Sleep the final frontier. In bed about 1.   Sudoku anyone?   I am a grownup. I did not HAVE to start the second puzzle.   Up before 6.   5 ish hours and I cannot go back to bed both because of the impending floor stripping and waxing in my hall and because I have a meeting at 10 and have to allow travel time.   Also headache. Partly tension but breakfast and fluids helped a lot.   Surprisingly lethargic after getting used to more sleep.   Email from Whole Life Challenge. Suggesting an hour a day screen free. OK. So now I get to feel burdened because I did not get more audiobooks downloaded yesterdayand I really really do not want audiobooks on my screen devices. Sleep the blog

There is a Chekhov short story called Sleepy, Спать хочется where the main character spends most of the story fighting sleep and the things that keep her from sleeping. In the novel "Oblomov" by Nikolai Goncharov, it takes the main character 50 pages to decide to get out of bed. RantWoman falls somewhere between these two poles. This blog is dedicated to sleep, particularly RantWoman and sleep. RantWoman needs to sleep more than she does. RantWoman does not always manage to do things that probably would help her sleep more. This blog is partly intended to collect data in hopes that RantWoman can settle on some steady practices to help her get more sleep. What time does RantWoman fall asleep?
