and I goat about 3:32 hours of sleep.

Not sure why the CPAP is stopping before I wake up. Another darn thing on the checklist.

So good to get out today even if it's rainy, there is leaf mess everywhere, there are new and different construction locations in the u district.

Blame a certain amount of deconditioning on ZOOM. I just don't go anywhere nearly as often as before the pandemic. More on the exercise bike helps, but...

Sleep the blog

There is a Chekhov short story called Sleepy, Спать хочется where the main character spends most of the story fighting sleep and the things that keep her from sleeping. In the novel "Oblomov" by Nikolai Goncharov, it takes the main character 50 pages to decide to get out of bed. RantWoman falls somewhere between these two poles. This blog is dedicated to sleep, particularly RantWoman and sleep. RantWoman needs to sleep more than she does. RantWoman does not always manage to do things that probably would help her sleep more.
