Funky Lentil egg cheese thing I actually sort of made.
Okay, I ignored the himalayan salt. I meant to substitute flax meal for psyllium seed, but I forgot.
Oh and I had pepper jack but not Mozzarella.
Result is tasty and will satisfy my need for legumes for a few days.
PS 5 minute not counting letting the lentils soak overnight or as I did soak quite a while in boiling water.
I also ignored the avocado sauce but I have some lovely salsa with pumpkin and I don't know what all that does nicely.
So I sort of made the recipe and might make it again.
