4:00 hours of sleep.

Needed to be out the door in time for a meeting so did not go back to bed.

Day involved more walking than current average so I came home exhausted and with things hurting that are symptoms of the same things as recently. Good meeting as in unlike last year's budget cycle, I was not the only resident present. There were 4-5 in the room and 1-2 online. So Progress.

There is a Chekhov short story called Sleepy, Спать хочется where the main character spends most of the story fighting sleep and the things that keep her from sleeping. In the novel "Oblomov" by Nikolai Goncharov, it takes the main character 50 pages to decide to get out of bed. RantWoman falls somewhere between these two poles. This blog is dedicated to sleep, particularly RantWoman and sleep. RantWoman needs to sleep more than she does. RantWoman does not always manage to do things that probably would help her sleep more.
