I MUST clean apartment so I can get another cat. One of these days I will actually do it and we will NOT count how long I have just been saying that.

4:06 hours of sleep in bed and more dozing after morning banana but still awake in time for shower before dr. visit. Primary care doc. Annual medicare wellness visit.

More themes I have to ask more questions about. Fun.

Weather was GLORIOUS but I lost my hat between bus stop and dr. Sun was excruciating on walk back but I FOUND MY HAT.

Sleep the final frontier. In bed about 1.   Sudoku anyone?   I am a grownup. Sleep the blog

There is a Chekhov short story called Sleepy, Спать хочется where the main character spends most of the story fighting sleep and the things that keep her from sleeping. In the novel "Oblomov" by Nikolai Goncharov, it takes the main character 50 pages to decide to get out of bed. RantWoman falls somewhere between these two poles. This blog is dedicated to sleep, particularly RantWoman and sleep. RantWoman needs to sleep more than she does. RantWoman does not always manage to do things that probably would help her sleep more. This blog is partly intended to collect data in hopes that RantWoman can settle on some steady practices to help her get more sleep. What time does RantWoman fall asleep?
