THree Scottish Fold kitties grooming

I am prepared to entertain the idea that watching cat grooming after cat grooming is in the zone of animal torture. I disagree because the groomer here is so careful both about understanding that not every second is enjoyable for the cat and for talking frankly about the features of different breeds: coat length, face shape straight or folded ears, and of course temperament.

Also, cat vids are still WAY more calming than other late night viewing.

Riding the exercise bike too late in the evening interferes with sleep and preferred evening eating patterns.

Sleep the final frontier. In bed about 1.   Sudoku anyone?   I am a grownup. Sleep the blog

There is a Chekhov short story called Sleepy, Спать хочется where the main character spends most of the story fighting sleep and the things that keep her from sleeping. In the novel "Oblomov" by Nikolai Goncharov, it takes the main character 50 pages to decide to get out of bed. RantWoman falls somewhere between these two poles. This blog is dedicated to sleep, particularly RantWoman and sleep. RantWoman needs to sleep more than she does. RantWoman does not always manage to do things that probably would help her sleep more.
