7:02 hours of sleep!

And i could still sleep more.

Plus sleep is a good way not to get totally sucked in by current political dramas.

But I summoned enough energy to have a good walk with both the faint scent of spring and enough cold blasts to remind one that it is still January.

Holy Cow. Almost 9 hours of sleep. The extravagant luxury of going back to bed and not even trying to do anything after 5.9 hours of sleep. Going to bed at a reasonable hour because of not wanting to compute in the computer lab with no AC helped.  I decided I needed to get up and eat a real breakfast after a dream involving my certainty that I needed to take a shower in a tiny restroom near a big event of some kind and then enjoying a lot of food that I found tasty and it was not clear whether others realized it was available. I probably can go all kinds of places with that. Computer lab has AC. Room where digital equity team works does not. There is some kind of switching mystery that not even one of the very wise SHA HVAC experts can solve. Nice to see the computer lab space in use. Go for the Grapefruit

RantWoman managed well over 5 hours of sleep in two spells with a break in the middle to pee, feed the cat, eat breakfast. RantWoman had the sense she could easily have slept longer except her schedule loomed. Loomed on Christmas Eve? Yup. Shopping. Santa will bestow dish towels for two people who WILL appreciate them. A visit to someone who very recently got transferred to a nearby rehab. A stop for spinach feta wrap and latte before 5 pm Church with Little Sister's flavor of Presbyterians who have a gorgeous pipe organm, a good organist and a pastor who does messages well. Not well enough for RantWoman to think she would last as a Presbyterian, but ... RantWoman's stay up way too late dynamics last night included late supper after waiting for a custom delivery, white bean chili, corn chips at home, mint chip ice cream with rum in it to satisfy RantWoman's yearning for creamy beverage with alcohol in it.
