Do something sensible with Spaghetti squash

This sounds like something completely sensible to do with spaghetti squash. People who don't care for feta could use assaggio or other cheeses.


4:28 hours of sleep.

Up too late and maintenance was knocking on door early delivering new outlets and new smoke detector.

Two meetings I need to type notes up for.

Mom had a bummer day: she was the one to find neighbor on the floor (with what turned out to be a broken hip) on the way to breakfast. 

Mom is MOVING to new apt tomorrow.

I get to see surgeon. Mleah.

Holy Cow. Almost 9 hours of sleep. The extravagant luxury of going back to bed and not even trying to do anything after 5.9 hours of sleep. Going to bed at a reasonable hour because of not wanting to compute in the computer lab with no AC helped.  I decided I needed to get up and eat a real breakfast after a dream involving my certainty that I needed to take a shower in a tiny restroom near a big event of some kind and then enjoying a lot of food that I found tasty and it was not clear whether others realized it was available. I probably can go all kinds of places with that. Computer lab has AC. Room where digital equity team works does not. There is some kind of switching mystery that not even one of the very wise SHA HVAC experts can solve. Nice to see the computer lab space in use. Go for the Grapefruit

RantWoman managed well over 5 hours of sleep in two spells with a break in the middle to pee, feed the cat, eat breakfast. RantWoman had the sense she could easily have slept longer except her schedule loomed. Loomed on Christmas Eve? Yup. Shopping. Santa will bestow dish towels for two people who WILL appreciate them. A visit to someone who very recently got transferred to a nearby rehab. A stop for spinach feta wrap and latte before 5 pm Church with Little Sister's flavor of Presbyterians who have a gorgeous pipe organm, a good organist and a pastor who does messages well. Not well enough for RantWoman to think she would last as a Presbyterian, but ...
