4:0 hours of sleep.
Not quite enough of sleep but enough motivation to read more CPAP documentation and figure out bluetooth connection.
It feels nice to be more on regular meal and sleep schedule.
I got sheets washed. Will I get the Chicken Barley soup made tonight?
Or should I make chili and do the barley soup another time???
