5.5 hours of sleep.

New CPAP WORKS. Finally the Me Do It took shape and the result is MUCH better than the old one.

Christmas presents will all be similar. Lots of not decorating for Christmas happening. Elevator stuff for Mom and many things for me.

GOOD Meeting that will lead to train the trainers and work about gun violence.

And just for grins, I got flu shot AND COVID booster just in time for celebrating. Fun times.

Sleep the final frontier. In bed about 1.   Sudoku anyone?   I am a grownup. Sleep the blog

There is a Chekhov short story called Sleepy, Спать хочется where the main character spends most of the story fighting sleep and the things that keep her from sleeping. In the novel "Oblomov" by Nikolai Goncharov, it takes the main character 50 pages to decide to get out of bed. RantWoman falls somewhere between these two poles. This blog is dedicated to sleep, particularly RantWoman and sleep. RantWoman needs to sleep more than she does. RantWoman does not always manage to do things that probably would help her sleep more. This blog is partly intended to collect data in hopes that RantWoman can settle on some steady practices to help her get more sleep. What time does RantWoman fall asleep?
