No breakfast at McD's because McD's like almost everything was CLOSED.

oh the horror. I have to demonstrate poor nutritional choices based only on what is on hand.

Multiple Uber fiascoes but I made it to Mom's in time to have festive lunch. Highlights: rutabaga carrot soup and parsnip squash mash with Rosemary and sage respectively.

Sweet visit with Mom and home without any more drama than a need to wait longer than I wanted for the 8

Sleep the final frontier. In bed about 1.   Sudoku anyone?   I am a grownup. Sleep the blog

There is a Chekhov short story called Sleepy, Спать хочется where the main character spends most of the story fighting sleep and the things that keep her from sleeping. In the novel "Oblomov" by Nikolai Goncharov, it takes the main character 50 pages to decide to get out of bed. RantWoman falls somewhere between these two poles. This blog is dedicated to sleep, particularly RantWoman and sleep. RantWoman needs to sleep more than she does. RantWoman does not always manage to do things that probably would help her sleep more.
