Laundry, self employment, a self-mopping floor, and garlic on the lip of my water bottle.
This photo is from an excursion Saturday to and from Redmond on the 2 line.. The world is entitled to more opinions but for today:

4.1 hours of sleep
I have gotten spoiled because the last two times I did laundry ALL THE MACHINES WORKED. Not so last night. One washer had its perennial problems with standing water. One dry simply refused to let me pick a cycle. Nevertheless, I got 5 loads done and still got to bed before sunrise. Nothing on morning schedule until I read email that says please submit invoice by 11 am. And I hope do finish more laundry tonight.
Never mind taking the compost out and the need for a self-mopping floor and the wonky toilet and ...
Last night's laugh riot: an older friend reading me from a medical report that used the phrase "grossly intact" several times. SO many possibilities about how to interpret although sending off to a medical professional for advice seems to be a good option.
I needed a shower. I also have to figure out one of the online esiging options. Everything TAKES SO LONG.
And I have NO idea why the lip of my water bottle tastes like garlic, especially since the last couple days have not included a lot of garlic.
So HAPPY FRIDAY world.
