5.3 hours of sleep.

Not sure why therapist missed scheduled appointment but if I had known ...I would have tried to sleep longer.

Adding reschedule to all my other streams of anxiety this week.

And 9 million cubic meters of magma sounds like a good name for an alt metal band.

After the weekend, ZERO hours of Zoom yesterday.

Sleep the blog

There is a Chekhov short story called Sleepy, Спать хочется where the main character spends most of the story fighting sleep and the things that keep her from sleeping. In the novel "Oblomov" by Nikolai Goncharov, it takes the main character 50 pages to decide to get out of bed. RantWoman falls somewhere between these two poles. This blog is dedicated to sleep, particularly RantWoman and sleep. RantWoman needs to sleep more than she does. RantWoman does not always manage to do things that probably would help her sleep more.
