I think we nailed it and now I am still wired. I should eat food. I have beet chips and smoked salmon bits. That should be enough

I think I will be okay as lone as I don't attempt anything too complex or socially intense. Rut=-roh...

I may have to miss worship with the Ukrainians tonight because tomorrow is another full day.

There is a Chekhov short story called Sleepy, Спать хочется where the main character spends most of the story fighting sleep and the things that keep her from sleeping. In the novel "Oblomov" by Nikolai Goncharov, it takes the main character 50 pages to decide to get out of bed. RantWoman falls somewhere between these two poles. This blog is dedicated to sleep, particularly RantWoman and sleep. RantWoman needs to sleep more than she does. RantWoman does not always manage to do things that probably would help her sleep more.
