Amnd this in spite of ... until the wee hours.

Showering in the morning was a good idea.

I had GOOD walks but they are reminding me that in the time of pandemic where everyone retreated to their own abodes and went "let's ferment something," I got a little out of condition and spoiled by Zoom.

Sleep the final frontier. In bed about 1.   Sudoku anyone?   I am a grownup. Sleep the blog

There is a Chekhov short story called Sleepy, Спать хочется where the main character spends most of the story fighting sleep and the things that keep her from sleeping. In the novel "Oblomov" by Nikolai Goncharov, it takes the main character 50 pages to decide to get out of bed. RantWoman falls somewhere between these two poles. This blog is dedicated to sleep, particularly RantWoman and sleep. RantWoman needs to sleep more than she does. RantWoman does not always manage to do things that probably would help her sleep more.
