Blame late night chocolate and the ins and outsof various techno toys and nourishing but unsettling conversations.


I don't think I have ever seen a contrabassoon anywhere but Youtube. I don't think my dad knew anyone who even owned one. Still it's nice to know there are contrabassoon options for nerds with time on their hands.

Sleep the blog

There is a Chekhov short story called Sleepy, Спать хочется where the main character spends most of the story fighting sleep and the things that keep her from sleeping. In the novel "Oblomov" by Nikolai Goncharov, it takes the main character 50 pages to decide to get out of bed. RantWoman falls somewhere between these two poles. This blog is dedicated to sleep, particularly RantWoman and sleep. RantWoman needs to sleep more than she does. RantWoman does not always manage to do things that probably would help her sleep more.
