Almost 8 hours of sleep.

Starting at 4 am

What a waste of really glorious sunshine!

Tonight in hopes of avoiding temptation to stay up until 4 again, it's THE LAPTOP at home. I need to fix up and .practice some stuff. White house Correspondents Dinner so dignified and maybe a little understated. I AGREE about the importance of local journalists even if it's social media.

Sleep the final frontier. In bed about 1.   Sudoku anyone?   I am a grownup. Sleep the blog

There is a Chekhov short story called Sleepy, Спать хочется where the main character spends most of the story fighting sleep and the things that keep her from sleeping. In the novel "Oblomov" by Nikolai Goncharov, it takes the main character 50 pages to decide to get out of bed. RantWoman falls somewhere between these two poles. This blog is dedicated to sleep, particularly RantWoman and sleep. RantWoman needs to sleep more than she does. RantWoman does not always manage to do things that probably would help her sleep more. This blog is partly intended to collect data in hopes that RantWoman can settle on some steady practices to help her get more sleep. What time does RantWoman fall asleep?
