7 glorious hours of sleep. 4+ going back to bed because OF COURSE when I go to bed early I still wake up after the same interval.

SO restorative after big day yesterday.

On the other hand, 2 of 4 video calls today I had NOT done prep I aspire to. So part of the call was to plan the next call because others had not prepared either.

There is a Chekhov short story called Sleepy, Спать хочется where the main character spends most of the story fighting sleep and the things that keep her from sleeping. In the novel "Oblomov" by Nikolai Goncharov, it takes the main character 50 pages to decide to get out of bed. RantWoman falls somewhere between these two poles. This blog is dedicated to sleep, particularly RantWoman and sleep. RantWoman needs to sleep more than she does. RantWoman does not always manage to do things that probably would help her sleep more.
