Yes there's still smoke, and Korean Lunch is REALLY garlicky today

A respectable 5 ish hours of sleep.


I am a grownup.


No one forced me to let myself get sucked into tweeting out great moments in the one and only debate between Lauren Boebert and a pretty credible sounding democratic opponent. SO MANY moments....


And the meeting I got up in time for got postponed. I SO want to charm other people into taking up some of what is on my mind. Plus I have a whole Powerpoint to help my neighbors digest particularly the pages about as the CFO put it yesterday "demo and dispo."


Did I mention i am tired of smoke? I am tired of COVID which assuredly is still with us. And I am glad big swaths of a map are turning yellow EVEN THOUGH there are bunch of geopolitical and energy pricess reasons it could still be a rough winter. Aren't I barrel of fun.

Sleep the final frontier. In bed about 1.   Sudoku anyone?   I am a grownup. Sleep the blog

There is a Chekhov short story called Sleepy, Спать хочется where the main character spends most of the story fighting sleep and the things that keep her from sleeping. In the novel "Oblomov" by Nikolai Goncharov, it takes the main character 50 pages to decide to get out of bed. RantWoman falls somewhere between these two poles. This blog is dedicated to sleep, particularly RantWoman and sleep. RantWoman needs to sleep more than she does. RantWoman does not always manage to do things that probably would help her sleep more.
