Laughter as Sleep aid: Trevor Noah on Republicans and gun control

Miraculously I achieved 5 hours of sleep.

I am a grownup. No one forced me to watch episode 1 of Jan 6 The miniseries. All I actually watched was the blunt outline by Liz "your Father is a War Criminal" Cheney.. Then for a chaser I rewatched the Kalush orchestra Stefania video for equal opportunity "WHAT are we doing?" 

Is it just the curse of besetting those elected in election years ending in 0? 

1980: Reagan shot attempted assassination.

2000: Bush v Gore

2020 and everything leading up to it for freaking YEARS.

Or maybe it's just summer wouldn't be summer without eg 9/11 hearings George Floyd protests and the latest exercises?

There. I will now breathe deeply and get about reading more grant proposals.

Sleep the final frontier. In bed about 1.   Sudoku anyone?   I am a grownup. Sleep the blog

There is a Chekhov short story called Sleepy, Спать хочется where the main character spends most of the story fighting sleep and the things that keep her from sleeping. In the novel "Oblomov" by Nikolai Goncharov, it takes the main character 50 pages to decide to get out of bed. RantWoman falls somewhere between these two poles. This blog is dedicated to sleep, particularly RantWoman and sleep. RantWoman needs to sleep more than she does. RantWoman does not always manage to do things that probably would help her sleep more. This blog is partly intended to collect data in hopes that RantWoman can settle on some steady practices to help her get more sleep. What time does RantWoman fall asleep?
