Malfunctioning elevators and killer trees

almost 6 hours of sleep.


No idea why the CPAP turned off but I needed to get ready to go to PT.

It was a "why does the director of vertical conveyance still have a job?" day at the Northgate light rail station. I could have kissed the cheerful young woman who was very honest about how frustrating it to have to keep telling people about sucky approaches to ADA. After  venting and exchange of not totally helpful information, I finally decided to hell with the mask long enough to get on the escalator down to the bus lane. 


And in case I was tempted to to go all tree hugger on any problems one of three fabulous tree root topography moments on my route on Aurora. 


Too many emails about new COVID cases. Conversation about how someone's slow-growing breast cancer is elective surgery, probably on hold during the pandemic so sure take time, get another test. And I made one person laugh very hard offering to come over and chase the virus down with a squirt gun. Oh, wait, all retirement communities are back to very restricted visitors. This person gets tested every Monday and Thursday and sounds terrible. The person also says they have a phone consult tomorrow. So I will call...
