Much vigorous exercise today and bus missteps before landing at Whole Foods. The place is SO overwhelming in person, but some times I would so much rather be in person. Welcome to #FirstWorld Problems


The Boy across the hall is into an I hate clothes and shoes stage. More importantly now we need to work on a let's not leave loose toys and tricycles strewn all over the hallway for blind neighbors to trip on phase.


Manners question: what does one do when one enters a building just as the muslim bus driver is kneeling to pray?

  

Other than that, eat some ibuprofen for aches and aim for steadier daily levels of both exercise and sleep..
