Today in balanced diet?

 4.5 hours of sleep. 


Going to bed earlier would have been an option. Oh for that late night news fix. If I am going to do that news fix I should do it earlier in the evening especially if I am even going to click on all the January 6 bodycam footage getting released.

Up early because book group that has been Tuesday evening wants to close out with Friday morning sessions. It seemed like everyone was more alert but tech including mine was wiggier. I don't know how to make my iPAd shut up when notifications happen. I am not sure everyone is finding it nourishing.


 No breakfast with Sharky the screen reader voice activation. Probably just as well that brain did not fully register every NFB convention event I would have been tempted to go to until after they were over.


And the photo is today's version of balanced diet minus the tuna and kidney bean salad and the cherries. Maybe the high fiber multigrain crackers balance the M&M's. 


I am still amazed that Dr. visits show weight loss over pandemic year. Less exercise. Also less soda but as much or more chocolate. Probably more high fiber and less just fluff . carbs. Go figure.


Right now body has some pain whines and wants exercise and fluffy purple chicken is weighing Quaker events.
