4.5 hours of sleep. 

Wake up in time for worship with people mostly I don't know.

Season a message to follow up on yesterday.

Yesterday there was an ouch. I winced. Others were more affected. There was time and space to debrief and ouches from a different direction in the chat. 

And this morning I remembered the meat of my message even if not the story the message got hung on. Good morning Literature brain!

Sleep the final frontier. In bed about 1.   Sudoku anyone?   I am a grownup. Sleep the blog

There is a Chekhov short story called Sleepy, Спать хочется where the main character spends most of the story fighting sleep and the things that keep her from sleeping. In the novel "Oblomov" by Nikolai Goncharov, it takes the main character 50 pages to decide to get out of bed. RantWoman falls somewhere between these two poles. This blog is dedicated to sleep, particularly RantWoman and sleep. RantWoman needs to sleep more than she does. RantWoman does not always manage to do things that probably would help her sleep more.
