Obituaries yes but Henrik Widegren - Never Google Your Symptoms

An amazing 7+ hours of sleep. 5 before breakfast and 2.5 after. I could still sleep sllger but tomorrow that can't happen because of APPOINTMENTS

Of course sleep schedule means I missed one call when I told the person I would be available and had to scurry to shower before the appointment I think my therapist forgot to tell her software to reschedule from our usual cycle..

But every day's a holiday and that means I had time to deal with various emails arising from last night's email I sent to a listserve about Issues at the NFB convention. Oh heavens. Who CARES if the topic makes my head explode? There are professionals who deal with that stuff all the time and I just want to be able to focus on the transpo stuff due soon.

As for late night googling, my mother tested negative for the interesting bit of DNA but she does remember the names of my dad's two cousins on his mom's side. Both have easily findable obituaries. Aside from the medical family tree it's kind of cool to know I have a bunch of second cousin even if I never meet them.

And the following advice is in no danger of becoming the earworm of the week. I t would probably be tactless to send it to my sister though.
