Mocha not even iced

about 6 hours of sleep counting go back to bed. I think I could have slept more but i did not have the wit to add more water to my cpap machine until I had been up for awhile and had the hard boiled egg that is the second part of breakfast.

I am so so SO happy my mother has people to look after her at Ida Culver. She had a minor medical thing yesterday and I am so glad not to feel obligated to go check up on her today or this weekent in all this heat. The phone and some silly emojis and coping with family emoji envy will have to do.

Red metal mug with milk foam up the inside
Yep. It;s hoit.
Nope. The mocha is not iced
Happy Saturday

So far my biggest accomplishment for the day: find the power cord for the computer in the separate office that my wheelchair using colleague uses to work with speech recognition. The nice able-bodied tech support guy who was wrapping computers in plastic to protect them from some possible roof construction dust had turned off the power cord buried on a lower shelf.

I had to find the power strip by feel. At least I could reach. At least I did not have to move random file cabinets. Now the power cord is back on, the computer will work. All my colleague has to do is find the power switch on the CPU. He will tell me if he can't reach that.,

Other than that I don't know whether the medical world is ready for patients writing their own suymptoms in the electronic medical records in their own words, but I need to write some "I feel like crap and this is where it hurts and this is what might related to what you are already following.

And the mug is for mocha which I realize besides the calcium is about eating plenty of fiber and not exercising and how coffee helps at least for me.

Stayin cool. Staying alive. Missing a weighty Friend
