Nope. No picture this time

 SIX plus hours of sleep. 


We will not discuss what time I went to bed or how long I slept after breakfast when I literally could do nothing else.


But the cat box got changed and my interviewee who got admitted to Princeton is thrilled with my offer to snail mail her a welcome package from Princeton gear I bought awhile ago on  a whim.


Being well rested was a good idea. More to follow.

Sleep the final frontier. In bed about 1.   Sudoku anyone?   I am a grownup. I did not HAVE to start the second puzzle.   Up before 6.   5 ish hours and I cannot go back to bed both because of the impending floor stripping and waxing in my hall and because I have a meeting at 10 and have to allow travel time.   Also headache. So now I get to feel burdened because I did not get more audiobooks downloaded yesterdayand I really really do not want audiobooks on my screen devices. Sleep the blog

There is a Chekhov short story called Sleepy, Спать хочется where the main character spends most of the story fighting sleep and the things that keep her from sleeping. In the novel "Oblomov" by Nikolai Goncharov, it takes the main character 50 pages to decide to get out of bed. RantWoman falls somewhere between these two poles. This blog is dedicated to sleep, particularly RantWoman and sleep. RantWoman needs to sleep more than she does. RantWoman does not always manage to do things that probably would help her sleep more. This blog is partly intended to collect data in hopes that RantWoman can settle on some steady practices to help her get more sleep. What time does RantWoman fall asleep?
