Space Time New Mixer and Lentil Brownies

 Somewhere about 5 hours of sleep. Going back to bed would not have been terrible but I decided to get my lentil brownies baked instead.


SAlso promised water shutoff is postponed. So theoretically I should mop floor this afternoon so mop can dry on the balcony over the weekend unsnatched by staff.

--Unpack new mixer food processor combo


--Register product never mind that I don't have the purchase receipt because it was a gift.


--Figure out some cool features by close examination because there is no $%$#^& way I was going to be able to read the instructions.


Take a bunch of photos so I can look up online instructions and write some Use your words improvements if there is time.

Other than that therapist thought my appointment was at 1. I thought at 2. At 1 lentil brownies were still baking. I tried at 2 and emailed to reschedule. Phone and app combo puked at 1. Oh technology.


Sobering to think also how many hundred times the computing power my phone has compared to the mainframe computer in college. New and different dimensions of time warp as far as calendars though.


I am not so stuck on consistency of lentil brownie product: this batch of brownies ROCKS because it has plenty of cocoa in it.

Holy Cow. Almost 9 hours of sleep. The extravagant luxury of going back to bed and not even trying to do anything after 5.9 hours of sleep. Going to bed at a reasonable hour because of not wanting to compute in the computer lab with no AC helped.  I decided I needed to get up and eat a real breakfast after a dream involving my certainty that I needed to take a shower in a tiny restroom near a big event of some kind and then enjoying a lot of food that I found tasty and it was not clear whether others realized it was available. I probably can go all kinds of places with that. Computer lab has AC. Room where digital equity team works does not. There is some kind of switching mystery that not even one of the very wise SHA HVAC experts can solve. Nice to see the computer lab space in use. Virtual church x 3

About six hours of sleep. I should have gone back to bed. CPAP is a little bit of a workout but I think that will settle down. Mom's tree after all the presents were unwrapped Christmas with the fam went brilliantly.  First there was a chauffeur schedule that left me time to talk to Mom about latest non-locating of my brother while nephew fetched his parents. We did snack food and did not even attempt anything complex in Mom's "one-butt kitchen" Little Sister brought Little Smokies, one pan in a sauce I did not expect to tolerate made of commercial BBQ sauce and grape jelly. Little sister brought rolls and fruit salad. I brought crackers, cream cheese, beet chips and celery the latter of which I think I was the only one eating. So the rest of the bunch gets sauted and frozen for soup.  I brought yams to microwave if anyone wanted but kitchen logistics clobbered that.
