Zoom call teamwork desparately needed
5+ hours of sleep.
No computer after supper.
No caffeine late in day.
Finished the Saturday crossword puzzle before thinking about more computer.
Made the weekly pot of porridge late at night. That counts as exercise.
Then I read the colonoscopy prep instructions: let's see several days before the event discontinue all the fiber things that are supposed to help prevent the things the colonoscopy is supposed to be looking for. So much fun.
And this morning's Zoom call is WCB board and why yes some of the same organizational probs as other parts of my life
