Other than that, Twitter now thinks I want not only completely nonviolent protests in Khabarovsk but the crack protestors' heads protests by people trying to make changes through elections in Minsk. Not to mention the various flavors of protest in Seattle: some of the time I care about issues. Some of the time I really only GAF about how do the protests affect my ability to go where I want to go on the bus.

Sleep hygiene? What's that. Sleep as self- care self-care as resistance. Party on. It seemed like all the blind prayer warriors where similarly beset though so maybe just own the state of things

--lighten up and have more fun
--Try to avoid killing off the pollinators.
