Is the patient oriented as to space and time?

5 solid hours of sleep. More would have been good but Twitter beckoned instead. Plus I needed a food prep rampage to make a couple days worth of lunch meals besides today. This time: Rice balck beans onion squash spinich salsa rooster sauce. Nice to be eating fiber again.

Go to bed too late but no snacks all evening. Also avoided some kinds of situations that make one want to eat. But plenty of potato veggie sticks earlier in the day and lentil brownies also helped.

Also back and forth between apartment and computer lab is about two blocks each time and I even worked in some time on the breezeway besides. And crossword puzzles seem to help contain anxiety, good because although Bach also tends to do that too, somehow Bach through my phone just does not sound adequate. Add reasonable home sound system to the household wish list for now.

6 days out from the inflate the abdomen CT scan I am STILL both farting and burping. At least it's odorless farts but it is annoying and uncomfortable.

As for orientation as to space and time, the webinar I thought I was going to do today was yesterday and now I get to see if I can find the corresponding survey and make enough sense of the transportation maps to opine from a blind person perspective. And i have a full day's worth of serious things to follow up on in email. But I have fresh tangerines so count that and other blessings.
