Could it be ANXIETY????

Sleep total 4.5 hours. I tried going back to sleep and did the just lie in bed and be horizontal thing for awhile but sleep did not come back.

It's clear liquids day so no milk or oatmeal to soothe some nerves.

Coffee is allowed but who needs more caffeine on top of tea.

Morning news: oh good COVID test is negative and I get to have a colonoscopy tomorrow.
 Too much fun.
