Most of laundry achieved

Achieved about 4.5 hours of sleep.

Laundry is kick-ass exercise. New machines ROCK. Social distancing and dance with limited English, ummm. And dial-a-tirade available about flat-panel laundry controls. I could get laundry because I have enough vision to tell the grey from the black and there are SOME tactile elements. But 10 blind or deaf-blind people..... Stay tuned.

UGH: the sleep is partly free-form anxiety. REALLY should try new...that I am still hesitating about.

Ugh I was hoping going to bed earlier would result in longer total sleep. Ummm

Went to bed earlier than the past few nights but did stay up to listen to end of program on sleep hygiene.

Note to self: bed time ritual: scoop the cat box, wash hands. Brush teeth. Eyedrops. CPAP machine

Note to self: download some books for the talking book player because it is so gloriously tactile and I don't have to fret about blue light from phone or computer.

Theoretically could have gone back to bed after I woke up to pee and feed cat. Theoretically, eat banana. Drink water. Um, no. Eat last of omelette. eat toast with peanut butter AND yam. Then also make oatmeal so breakfast can be more automatic for a few days.

Random other meditations:
--Everyone is doing the best they can and if "everyone" is friends who all think... then....

--einstein and his socks: some people just do not hold it together perfectly. I am one of them although colorful support socks is one area of glorious gratitude. As for other things...sigh.
