Another not great bedtime reading item
Solid 5 hours of sleep.
Plenty of protein in a late afternoon lunch / supper and no snacking after!
It was SO energizing to grab the first bus and wind up at Uwajimaya. Also concerning.
Did not make it to bed until about 2. Earlier would have been better. And could not go back to bed because of an extra Zoom call: can you say "involve people younger than 60 / widen circles" as a recurring theme.
The bedtime reading: a book called I think There There about barbarities committed against Native americans in the 17th century. Ai-yi-yi.
Also quibble with Zoom webinar setup.
