sleep interrupted

Go to bed somewhere after 12. Finally get up just before 8. About 5 hours of actual sleep in that time.

Forgot to put on CPAP mask at first. Ugh. Note to self: plan for power outages.

About 4 hours with mask. Get up. Eat. Back to bed and another 1.5 hours up before 8.

No evening snacking but still sleep interrupted.
