Assassination and fluff reading

Come for the sleep data. Stay for the inchoate ranting?

Sleep total about 4 hours in bed, a couple more in the chair which do and do not count.

Checked a couple thunb drives. I have some Quaker fiction fluff I can reread. I have something by Masha Gessen, ex-soviet, that probably is uplifting about the same way the Two Koreas gbook is. (NOT!)

Worse I went to log into BARD and learned my account is suspended either from entering the wrong password too many times or for ignoring an update notice from awhile ago. Send email to WTBBL and maybe bug them again soon so I can get new reading material over the weekend.

Here ad nuked potato and not very good chocolate. Awake, but tingling fingers I need to deal with or strive to avoid with better eating habits.

Anyway, let teh first automated shutdown at 1 am chase me home. But then one sudoku and part of another. Some nights I am so clear: I can manage both getting the numbers into the squares i intend AND keeping the puzzle in my head well enoguht to avoid other stupid misplacements. Last night was one. But I fell asleep in the chair until 4, woke up and went to bed until about 8.

Not enough exercise yesterday which also contributes to sleep fitfulness.

And the inchoate ranting: major assassination. All over radio in this weird unsettling way: wil the war escalate? Lots of Gee, that was a really bad idea. More than I would prefer of we're okay with extrajudicial killings as long as Congress gets told

Merry Friday.

PS Holidays winding down. Order or at least Korean lunch returning across the hall from the STAR Center. Today menu smelled like it involved something with chorophyl..
