Clocks back
Friday night 5+, almost 6 hours of sleep.Up early enough to wash dishes before appointment and then blind geeks. Small stable group. Would be good if we had a different mix, but...
Saturday: time change. Sleep 1--almost 3. Up until about 3:30 and another hour. THen a couple morehours. More sould be good but not today.
Broken arm issue screw up more than half of morning stretches routine. Sigh.
Need to eat something with ibuprofen also messes up food care on top of boredom and tendenct to eat because of boredom. WHINE.
Face continues to be variably flaky.
