Deep dark secrets of GETTING MORE SLEPP: Reimnder.

Maybe it is not so wonderful to have one's phone remind one midday that bedime is 11:00 pm. Whassup wid dat?

On the other hand if one is still writing at 1 am and does not catch the automatic shutdown warning that turns the computer off AND shuts down the keyboard and mouse for awhile for some cleanup processes one should just GO TO BED.

Last night reminders added up to over 5.5 hours of sleep.

The new CPAP mask makes a difference.

More sleep would not have been terrible but it's the go back to bed in the morning thing.

Now to other blog for meditations on Powerpoint and why we deliberately leave things in an annoying but informational state at ....
