Wednesday wakefulness not necessarily wokeness
Early supper and then nothing all evening! Good to be home.
Went to bed about 1. Woke up first time before 5. Ugh. Radio
on. Trevor Noah book might have been more relaxing but clouds of anxiousness. Not
enough to try to get up a DO something.
Hungry. Did I say anxious? Ate breakfast and went back to
bed somewhere before 6. Woke up about 7:45. So tolerably over my 5.5 hours goal
but needed to get up for rest of day.
Someone came by to help strategize to prepare for bug
treatment. Strategy helps.
