Sleep, steel cut


Sleep?  What’s that?
 
In bed almost 4. Awake like 7:30. YUCK.
 
Back to bed for an hour later.

 

In between made weekly porridge, this time steel cut oats, Cranberries, yellow raisins and the yogurt that had been in the fridge for awhile. 10 servings. 

PS the Pepsi with supper at 5 pm probably did NOT help the sleep. It did taste good though. Yeah Memo's on the Ave.
