Low sodium v8 in microwave. Insulated container. Perfect evening beverage.

Graduated to water.

 

Bed at 3.but up before 8 almost 5 hours. Too numb for some emotional flares but turned out to be good reasons to just let things evolve slowly for now.

 

Aim to go to bed earlier because on Sundays time constraints as far as going back to sleep.

 

Sunday bus to U district. Realized mid ride that I left my stainless steel water bottle at home. Decided to go to CVS and found a bpa free water bottle with a smart lid system: the container can be opened to drink from without detaching anything and the whole tope can be unscrewed for cleaning.

Did not make it in time for Adult education hour. Feel bad about missing the speaker but also voting with my feet about vexations.

 

Business Meeting was surprisingly manageable. Interesting that some key people were not there.

 

“cooked” at QFC: big grinder sandwich, bag of salad mix, pumpkin pie on top of pumpkin soup. Mom and I were both please though we also both made two meals out of the hunks of sandwich we had left over.

 

Annoying budget conference call for another part of my life. We did not figure out muting or I would have walked to Mom’s while on the call. Rode bus after call but grabbed a couple blocks of walking because of street crossing issues connected with different bus stops. Property owners on E side of rainier need to clean up their leaves for my cane and whatever Mom totes along.

Quinoa bites and cheez it crumbs late for needed salt, but no apparent illeffects.

 

Went to bed a little after 1 woke up almost 7. Woot. Almost six hours and I could have slept longer except I decided I was hungry and had Things to Do.

 

Bright, sunny, crispy leaves on the ground. Not so much fun with the cane. MEANT to walk to bank but wound up bussing. Bright lights bothered my eye especially the left one. Ibuprofen  to knock down eye itchalso made me sleepy. Finally decided just to go to Grocery outlet. Walking around the grocery store certainly burns more calories than online shopping and comes with more, cough, interesting navigation options too. Still one only needs so many bags of yams and giant jars of Nutella.

 

As far as Whole Life challenge I do not even want to think about how to score Nutella, pepper jack cheese,  roasted unsalted cashews.

 

I do want some indoor exercise equipment, a bike, maybe a pedal exerciser for under the desk. Also make list of fidgets and exercises I already do for example because of plantar fasciitis and fall prevention.

 

SO far the WLC exercises all look intimidating and / or inappropriate. I have platesi n both wrists and probably not going to do quadruped poses. Give me schleppy bodies and people saying well I do this exercise and it really helps. Or give me a library of options.

 

Tomatillo turkey stew recipe sounds wonderful.

 

No I still have not read all the scoring rules. Who needs that if most of the scores are Yes /not anyway and I have enough variability just with food and sleep.
