If it's Thursday it must be voices in my head

On sleep and the voices in my head:

1. Alas, I run my screen reader  pretty fast but not as fast as other people I know of. This keeps me  from falling asleep early in the day when I am fresh but increases the
 odds I will fall asleep when I am tired.

2. Due to software upgrades I am working part of the time with a voice that I was used to from reading a book about Istanbul by Orhan Pamuk on my Kindle. So I get to try to get work done while not letting my mind wander off to the Bosporus.

3. Danged if every new tool I try doesn't come with need to explain to someone something about accessibility. This rant goes here because of something called Whole Life Challenge that encourages people to track a number of life details online including sleep.

4. Bedtime reading still the Hannah Breece (sp) book. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my digital talking book reader with big tactile buttons and no screen for light. The world is owed more about audio and braille and sources for content, but tonight we will be content with God the school teacher was patronizing. On the other hand, things WERE pretty primitive and the Alaskan places where she worked REALLY did need a teacher.

5. And my personal best (65 likes!) snarky tweet of the day, nothing to do with with sleep unless you count  the judicial nominee "falling asleep" from drinking.

7. Now it's beat the body!  Get three emails done before I fall asleep

8. Finally the sleep data:

two slices of pizza at 8:45 not optimal.

Asleep at about 2:30 am after some dozing with videos

Awake around 7. Schedule would have let me go back to bed but I wound up making pancakes and having banana and tea. No sleep after that. Twitter fix.

8. Software upgrade has zoomtext in 40 minute mode. So time to reboot. Whine.
