While I am out of town: Víctor Jara "Duerme negrito"

Out of town for a couple nights and may or may not collect sleep details. At a gathering where usually I sleep longer than at home. But shared sleeping space so if I wake up with muscles all cramped up, I tend to get up and pace in the larger common space.

So in the meantime, some Victor Jara, about sleeping, trust me.

Sleep the final frontier. In bed about 1.   Sudoku anyone?   I am a grownup. Sleep the blog

There is a Chekhov short story called Sleepy, Спать хочется where the main character spends most of the story fighting sleep and the things that keep her from sleeping. In the novel "Oblomov" by Nikolai Goncharov, it takes the main character 50 pages to decide to get out of bed. RantWoman falls somewhere between these two poles. This blog is dedicated to sleep, particularly RantWoman and sleep. RantWoman needs to sleep more than she does. RantWoman does not always manage to do things that probably would help her sleep more.
