Monday to Tuesday. 5.5 hours plus a NAP
Went to sleep about 2 am.
It's cooler so snuggling in blanket seems on point.
Woke up at 7:30 am.
Oatmeal, potato, egg, yogurt, salsa
Appointment in Fremont at noon.
Tons of to-dos in email but write sleep diary and maybe reading overabundance rant....
Eyes all itchy and watery. Less itch with glasses off. Whole left side of face sorer than right. Teeth. Eyes.
Counselor says check out Bastyr clinic for LOTS of things. REALLY good idea. Must call tomorrow.
Sunflower bits and pomegranate fig bar on bus
Pizza for the vegetables, but VERY tired after. Bus home.Take an ibuprofen TAKE NAP. sleep 4-5:30
Dinner: more chicken and barley stew, tea, blueberries, Nutella.
Is the broken out eyes dairy? Chocolate / coffee? Just too much on plate? Enquiring minds would kind of like to sort it out and reserve the right to be cross with body making demands I do not want to deal with.
