Too much salt yesterday and leftovers for breakfast do not help

Water is turned off by Seattle Public Utilities, so just GO TO BED and forget about ....
Asleep just after 12
Sunday, Woke up about 6:30. Could have slept longer but time to roll.
Friday night sleep or not:
in bed shortly after 3 am.
Awake and up shortly before 7 am.
Aim to leave house by 8:30. Leave by about 9:30.
